Owning a luxury holiday lodge at Repton Green, within the grounds of Rudding Park, gives you and your family the best of all worlds. There’s Rudding Park’s eighteen hole, championship golf course on your doorstep as well as Yorkshire’s leading Golf Academy and driving range with five PGA Professionals. Lodge owners also benefit from access to a local luxury spa and leisure centre.

Repton Green’s exclusive development, on the outskirts of Harrogate, comprises just 18 two and three bedroomed luxurious holiday homes. The lodges promise to give owners a lifetime of luxurious and active family holidays. Set in magnificent surroundings, lodges owners have the added advantage of having access to all the five star facilities of Rudding Park which includes the championship golf course and stunning Clocktower restaurant.

Every holiday lodge will be tailored to the needs of the individual buyer. As standard, the facilities of each lodge will include a large decked veranda, fully fitted kitchen, luxury bathroom fittings and a flat screen television, whilst owners may choose from extras including a hot tub, sauna and Sky TV. The larger lodges have the benefit of heated cloakrooms to dry golf clothes and equipment.

Lodge owners will be given exclusive membership to the Repton Club allowing them use of services including a maid service, laundry services and welcome packs. Repton Green’s aim is to create a holiday home from home of the highest quality, which will be warm and welcoming throughout the year.
