All the above rates are per room per night and are inclusive of full Yorkshire breakfast, morning newspaper, service and VAT at the current rate. The DB&B rate includes a three course dinner from the Yorkshire menu in Clocktower. Children up to the age of 16 sharing an adult's room are charged £35 and children 17 and over are charged £70, both rates include full Yorkshire breakfast. Cots are complimentary.

All guests have complimentary access to both the Academy Health Spa & Gym and also Cannons Health Club in nearby Harrogate.
