Food & Beverage Supervisor (Golf)

We are looking for an experienced individual to be responsible for the Food & Beverage operation at our Golf Clubhouse and to assist the Golf Manager on a day to day basis.  You must have an understanding of stock levels, the ability to run a cellar and experience in managing a team.  The successful applicant will maintain our established excellence in quality service and guest/member relations we provide.  An interest in or understanding of golf is desirable.  Full-time position working 5 days over 7 including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.  For an informal chat please call James King, Golf Manager on 01423 872100.

Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a creative professional to join our marketing team. Enthusiastic, able to self motivate and keen to use your initiative, you will be assisting the Marketing Manager with day-to-day responsibilities. This full time role involves all aspects of marketing including design and print, advertising, exhibiting and special promotions.
The successful candidate must have an understanding of basic marketing and database principles. Some internet marketing experience preferred.
