All prices include linen and central heating. All rates quoted are for weekly lettings starting on a Saturday.

Short breaks are available and may only be booked 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Prices will be quoted on request.

OTHER CHARGES: Holiday Cancellation Cover - £30.00 per property per week ALL PRICES INCLUSIVE OF VAT Reg No 734 5912 25

PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit - £150 per week. Balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION COVER

In the event of cancellation for any of the reasons stated below we will refund full deposit and/or full payment, subject to you having paid the premium of £30 per property per week.

1. Death, accident, sickness of yourself, any person with whom you intend to travel or the spouse, child, parent, parent-in-law or close business associate of yourself or any person with whom you intend to travel.

2. The Police requesting your presence at home following burglary at your home or place of business.

3. Jury Service, or witness summons or compulsory quarantine of yourself or any person with whom you intend to travel.

4. Your own home being rendered uninhabitable by explosion, fire, subsidence, malicious damage, storm or flood.

A Doctor’s Certificate or other relevant documents will be required to support a claim.
