Rudding Park's luxury lodge owners benefit from two full golf memberships of both the Hawtree and Repton Short courses.

Rudding Park’s 18 hole championship Hawtree course runs through the mature parkland that was originally laid out in the 18th century by the famous landscape designer, Humphrey Repton. This 6883 yard, par 72, course was designed by the renowned golf architect Martin Hawtree.

Lakes and bunkers, together with the extensive tees and greens, designed to USGA specifications provide a test for even the most discerning player. All weather tracks ensure that buggies can be used throughout the year.

Overlooking the 18th green, the clubhouse provides the perfect retreat for a relaxed meal or drink and the large terrace is especially popular on warm summer days. A fully equipped golf shop sells clothing and equipment from a range of brands.

The Repton Short Course, a professionally created par 3 short course borders the luxury lodges. The signature hole, Yorkshire's replica of the famous 17th hole at Sawgrass in Florida is a challenge for all golfers.

The Golf Academy, staffed by our team of resident PGA Professionals, is an ideal facility for practice, advice and lessons. Our Professionals are able to provide tuition for all levels of ability from the complete beginner to the more experienced golfer.

The covered driving range is floodlit so whatever the weather there is no excuse not to practise. The 18 bay range is fully equipped with top quality balls, with some bays benefiting from electronic Supa Tees. In addition video technology and practice holes enable players to perfect all types of swing. A complete workshop for golf repairs and renovation is also on site – the ideal way to keep your clubs in the best condition.
