Clocktower’s Food Heroes concept brings the issue of food provenance to the fore.
Drawing inspiration from local producers, Clocktower’s Chefs create a menu with many dishes featuring a principal ingredient sourced in Yorkshire within a 75 mile radius of Rudding Park. These dishes are annotated with the food miles travelled.
